Summary
Placing an sdc stick in a culling area as well as blown upon by a vortex of wind allows for an FE-compatible cull which can be triggered, on-demand, by portaculling w/ the vortacull parent item.
Vortacull is essentially infinite cull storage that both releases & stores a physical cull upon each use. There is also an intangible variant of vortaculling but it has limited range so is less useful.
Also provides easy permaculling using the same mechanism but w/ slightly different timing, amongst many other features.

Instructions
Vortacull only (using ""local vortacull"", by ofstrings2):
- Place steering stick in culling area.
- Fuse store stick to an equipment item.
- Quickly enter & exit margin to 1–frame uncull stick.
- Drop equipped item; equip another of same type.
- Drop FE parent & pick up dropped CF parent.
- UH stick back into cull area & drop a zonai fan.
- Activate the fan & point vortex towards the stick.
- SDC the stick using CF parent via swap+dismount.
- Mount another stick/Mineru to unlock ability wheel.
- Portacull once w/ the vortacull to ""charge up"" VC.
- Drop another fan: VC FE fan to item of other type.
- Pick up VC & replace active fan w/ the FE'ed fan.
- Activate fan then invizuggle fan parent w/ the vortacull.
Vortacull + Aerocull (method optimized by mulberry): Same as above except just invizuggle an active fan-shield that is pointing towards the SDC instead of FEing a fan & then invizuggling its parent.

— Can be made persistent via Mineru Cull Storage / Dismissal Resync Zuggle.
