Instructions
- Put your target on a stand.
- Press A to pick up the target
- Quickly drop swap before it gets fully equipped The dynamic smuggle should go at your feet, equip it, swap to something else, and drop it to turn it into a dynamic zuggle
Notes
Although this was found 2 days before dynamic zuggle steps were recovered, it was not found to be a dsmuggle before a bit afterwards
