Summary

Allows for zuggling via slugging

Instructions

  1. Sluggle and drop the equipped sluggled item, then equip another item of the same type
  2. Zuggle by dropping the item you swapped to (see notes for 1.1.2)
  3. Retrieve the item from the like like
  1. Prepare a portacull shield/weapon
  2. Sluggle the target item
  3. Put Link's back against a wall and drop the item while unsheathed (do this twice if slugging with zuggle overload)
  4. Hold L, select the map rune, and spam right on the d-pad as the menu fades to enter the weapon quick menu before the map opens
  5. Drop the target item, swap to a different item of the same type, enter the shield quick menu, drop the SDC shield/weapon and swap to a different item of the same type in this order all without unpausing
  6. Close the quick menu and let the map open
  7. Press + to go into the inventory, drop the item that you first swapped to
  8. Retrieve the item from the like like

Notes

Both methods can be used to zuggle multiple items at once. Simply repeat the steps for each subsequent zuggle except for the last step, which should be skipped until you have zuggled the desired amount of items (limit of 6 items per like like) For zuggling bows/shields on 1.1.2:

  1. Hold L to open the rune menu and upon letting go of L, hold either Dpad left (for shields) or Dpad right + ZR (for bows), to open the quick menu

  2. Drop your currently equipped bow/shield

For zuggling weapons on 1.1.2:

  1. You'll need a full weapon inventory, an extra weapon on the ground, and a chest containing a weapon.

  2. Pick up the weapon on the ground

  3. Open the chest and drop your equipped weapon with Link's back against a wall
